Obi-Wan hates... |

Original YTMND: Force Goats! |
Worthy spinoffs: |
In the opening scenes of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, the young Obi-Wan Kenobi (played by Ewan McGregor) turns to face the camera and raises his hand to force-push a squad of battle droids. The first Obi-Wan YTMND featured the young jedi using the force to push over a herd of unsuspecting goats. The very first Obi-Wan YTMND, "Obi-Wan Picks On Goats", was created by Chav-Slayer, who was the first to make a site using the original GIF back in '05; but this was deleted.
Subsequent sites in this fad have Kenobi using the force on all manner of things, causing them to fall over or change direction. The music used in this fad varies: earlier sites used Rock It by Herbie Hancock, but later sites switched to Duel of the Fates from the Star Wars Soundtrack by John Williams. The Obi-Wan scene is also often mixed with various fads or relevant movie scenes. New Obi-Wan sites are still made occasionally, but the fad died down in '06.
