Um, basically, the use of the template is as follows: Adding {{tl|Wikipedia}} creates a link to an article with the same name at Wikipedia with the link caption being the page's name. Adding {{tlp|Wikipedia|Article_Name}} produces a link to Article_Name with the link caption Article_Name (as MediaWiki hates spaces). Adding a second parameter, an article caption {{tlp2|Wikipedia|Article_Name|Article name}} produces a link to Article_Name with a caption of Article name. The caption can be anything you want, for example {{tlp2|Wikipedia|YTMND|The best site ever}} produces

Here's how you do it... you take the score and multiply it by 10 and round off so there's no decimals.

Example: The score is 3.27. You multiply it by 10, making it 32.7. Then you round it, making it 33. You format it to {{Star|33}} and here's what you get: Stars red 33.gif
