Can't Break ...'s Stride is a fad with GIFs of running people, accompanied by Matthew Wilder's Break My Stride. The first one was made by syncan at February 26th, 2006. Sometimes the GIF involves some obstacle that the character easily traverses, implying that the obstacle "couldn't break his stride".
