EBaums's World is a website that features videos, flash, pictures, and web games that are submitted to the site. The site is owned by Eric Bauman and co-owned by his father Neil Bauman. There has been controversy between the eBaum's World website and other sites, due to allegations of content theft.

In January of 2006 eBaum's World displayed the image from "Lindsay Lohan doesn't change facial expressions." and watermarked it. They gave no credit to YTMND for the image, and as a result of eBaum's World's ads, thousands of dollars were made off of someone else's work, as usual. This caused users from YTMND, Something Awful, LUElinks, Newgrounds, 4chan, FARK, Ugoplayer (Flashplayer.com), Weebls-Stuff, and IGN to initiate a raid against the eBaum's World Forums. People spammed the forums with posts about how the image was stolen and just general abuse in the direction of anyone on eBaum's World. In the wake of the "forum raid" there were many YTMND sites made that encouraged raiding or documented the raid. Some used DDoS attacks on the site, which YTMND owner Max Goldberg advised against. On January 10, 2006 Max Goldberg posted a cease and desist letter he received from Neil Bauman, co-owner of eBaum's World. Later, Goldberg and Bauman came to an agreement and Bauman removed the image from his website while Goldberg removed all YTMNDs related to eBaum's World [1].
