  • Bushisms; George W. Bush statements, like You forgot Poland, internets, and "You just fell for the trap". The word "Bushism" did not originate on YTMND; it's a universal word referring to a funny and stupid quote from George Bush. There are 365-day calendars showing a Bushism for each day, books of Bushisms, and lots of websites making fun of Bush in this way. One of the more famous ones is "We must work hard to put food on our families"
  • Richard Nixon, a fad which actually has very little to do with politics. These sites feature various pictures of former President Richard Milhous Nixon, along with amusing sound and/or text. The sites are often random in nature, and occasionally incorporate Nixon's image into existing YTMND fads.
  • Ted Stevens, a fad which originated from Stevens' clumsy speech opposing the Net Neutrality act, in which he stutters incoherently and claims that "...the internet is not something that you just dump something on; it's not a big truck. It's-it's a series of tubes!..."
  • Taft, a minimalized fad in which the face and/or body of President Henry Howard Taft is put into various pictures, and given humorous music. Once instance of this is the *Taft Punk YTMND.
  • Howard Dean, Howard Dean's infamous rant and 'YEARRGH' scream on 2004 election.
