That's his most notable quote if there is any. He's Underwater Ape, a regular on the YTMND Ventrilo Server. He comes on rarely, about 1-3 times a week.
One of the most notable events was him being drunk and showing pictures of his penis out of affection for Crystal.
It should also be noted that he is the only widely accepted Ventrilo-based gimmick account.
