United States of Whatever is a song by Liam Lynch that first appeared on his show Sifl & Olly in 1999, and was later released as a single in 2002. Though there were sites in 2004, the fad truly did not kick off until 2005 when jondiesel created "United States of Barrel Roll" featuring Peppy Hare. This lead to other sites and it became a massive fad. There are probably around 200 different takes on the song with different fads.
