This template is no longer needed. To make a link to Wikipedia, use [[w:Article|caption]].

  • Purpose: This template easily creates a link to a Wikipedia article.
  • Usage: {{w|article|caption}}
    • article = the article at Wikipedia (replacing spaces with "_", etc)
    • caption = the text that appears in the link.
  • Example: {{w|YTMND|The best site ever}} creates The best site ever.
  • Defaults: leaving "article" blank will default to Wikipedia's main page with the caption as "Wikipedia". leaving caption blank will default to the article name.
