I have absolutely no idea what the first Hassan site was. The earliest one I can find is this one, and in its comments people are already talking about it like a well-established fad. I suspect earlier Hassan sites exist that don't explicity say "Hassan" in the title, so they'd be tough to find using YTMND's search engine.
