Runaway YTMND is a fad conglomerate by MasterSitsu. The ytmnd is based on a popular 1990's video by Soul Asylum, which featured still photos of runaway children. In the ytmnd, various fads are shown, each one followed by the text "______ (fad or characteristic of a fad), Missing since _____ (year). Within days, the site garnered in a high rating and stayed on the top 5 for a very long time. Runaway YTMND took in almost 400,000 views and was fav'd around 250 times. The site was HOF'd by max on May 14, 2006.
Though there have been requests by user to include some of the newer 2006 fads, MasterSitsu refused to add them in. He said "the S.E> is as updated as its gonna get. this site belongs to a certain time and that's that."
Video
After numerous requests to make the video even longer to incorporate more fads, YTMND user PhilKenSebben inquired about making a video. Upon completion he sent the video back to MasterSitsu and he hosted it on youtube here, which featured the full-length song.
