Ident

After the #ytmnd channel was flooded with botnets, the channel operators decided it was a good idea to ban ident, which has caused many newbs to irc to ask many questions on how to enable it. Since I have recieved NUMOROUS questions on how to enable ident I have decided to make this quick guide to enabling ident in mIRC.
|1. Forward port 113 on your router |2. In mIRC options, click Identd |3. Check "Enable Identd Server" |4. Put something in the User ID box
Now you should be able to join #ytmnd. If not, you have done something wrong!
