Fanfare.ytmnd.com was originally a [[noise]] site made by Kassius.  Its original contents can be seen at http://sdaasdsadasdasdasd.ytmnd.com , thanks to someone catching Google's cache of the site. A member of #WOP named fanfare was in WOP one night and noticed that Max was in the channel. Fanfare expressed distaste for Kassius' site. Max deleted Kassius's site, freeing the domain. Typogra and Jizzrag both attempted to grab the domain, and typogra won, securing the domain. Typogra later replaced the placeholder picture with a picture of Fanfare and a loop of "Champions" by Queen. Many members of #WOP upvoted it, resulting in a momentary high rating, but it slowly drifted downward.

fanfare is a cute little strawberry-blonde YTMND forumer that made her first appearance in the post-temp forum of '06. While most newcomers to the these forums underwent a painful series of hazing, fanfare was met with little hostility. She was generally accepted by the forumers from the get-go, and was known for her vicious racism and perfect teeth--along with the fact that she was a good looking ginger--an unheardof rarity. fanfare also included a ridiculously long signature that featured twelve cheerful pictures of her posing for the cam and having fun with friends. Upon learning that the ultra respected user 'clay' complained about 'some bitch with all those pics' , fanfare reduced her signature to a single photo, featuring her in a colorful swimsuit..pointing like a gangsta-bitch.

This move enraged Kassius and much of the [[You forgot Poland|FPA]], and brought an extreme reaction. About 20 or so FPAers downvoted the site. The site went down to 1.99, and typogra blames the FPA even though it received hundreds of votes. Kassius made theft.ytmnd.com in complaint, and it got sponsored by Kalishinko and, inexplicably, typogra. FPAers have theorized that she sponsored it using modhax (meaning, no money was actually given to YTMND) so that it would receive downvotes. Fanfare has denied this. Other parody sites were made of the event, including those listed below. At least two FPAers sent PMs to max about it. Kassius accused max of becoming what he hated, a reference to the events surrounding [[dustindiamond.com]]. [[User:RubilacEx|RubilacEx]] left almost 500 comments in spam on fanfare.ytmnd.com and spammed typogra's inbox with at least 20 PMs. [[User:HeatherChandler|HeatherChandler]] insulted max to his face in the YTMND news post, accusing him of doing 9/11, a colloquialism of the internets meaning "you Jewed Kassius out of his site."

Trying to steal from fanfare's instant-success, there were some short-lived female imposters early on in the summer. All were met with skepticism, and soon retreated from the forum. It was also around this time that fanfare's authenticity was questioned. For unknown reasons, some began to accuse fanfare of being clay. Others concluded that fanfare wasn't clay, but was in fact a male, which gave birth to the name 'manfare' . This very hurtful name is considered to be blasphemous by fanfare and fanfare fans, and it is only used by haters.

Fanfare was very active in the Summer '06, where she made many new friends. One of the first friendships was with user Starfish. Starfish was a well-known forumer that was a scat-loving homosexual. However, Starfish began making several threads talking about Fanfare and how he thinks about her, which raised the question as to whether or not Starfish was gay. He denied these accusations of heterosexuality, however. Some time later, a user named Adair also became increasingly fascinated with fanfare, and had made it firmly clear that fanfare was his girlfriend--''stealing'' fanfare from Starfish. When vicious rumors arised that fanfare might in fact not even be a girl IRL, Adair became :confused: , and shrugged off those rumors. Recently, Adair seems to have dumped fanfare.. and publicily exclaimed that he was Gay.

Also at this time, it was learned that a new girl named "xoabercrombiexo" had joined the forum. Abercrombie_XO (her present forum name) was grealy dispised by fanfare from the very beginning for several reasons.. fanfare accused Abercrombie of being a dumb rip-off, fat, and stupid. Abercrombie responded to these sharp criticisms by stating that fanfare was simply jealous of her since she was in fact a real-life girl. Fanfare became :furious: and watched in :rage: as Abercrombie would post meaningless bullshit threads starting wtih "so i.." ..which would generate ''thousands'' of page views and replies. Fanfare research suggests that more than half of these responses were Abercrombie's, proving that she was the driving force behind those dumb threads. Some of her followers include trolls Steveyos666 and a mildly retarded user named Bownatsterm. Fanfare was dissapointed when the Summer of '06 was over, which also brought an end to the summer NSFW forums. She rejoined as the tenth user of the new YTMNSFW forums, and makes occasional appearances in both the forums and the IRC chat. Fanfare had her very own :fanfare: smiley for use in the NSFW forums, but it was taken down for unknown reasons recently. She updates her signature frequently, and some members take it upon themselves to save every fanfare pic they find--notably [[RubycalaberX]]. Previously documented on this wikipage was the outrage that 'fanfare.ytmnd.com' had been previously domain-grabbed by an ''evil'' member named Kassius for no apparant reason other than to taunt and confuse fanfare. However, a wonderful and joyous event took place on the Holy morning of January 7, 2007. Fanfare was hanging out with her BFFs in #wop on EFnet around 5 am when the always friendly max@disgu.st stopped in for a little visit. There was plenty of fun and games going down in #wop as users were making thoughtful n*gger jokes and jew humor. At one moment, fanfare began to bitch about how kassius took the fanfare domain. A link was posted to the kassius site and general feedback was negative, e.g. 'that site sucks' . Without warning, Max pasted 3 lines from mySQL that seemed to indicate that he had deleted the fanfare.ytmnd.com domain. Both typogra and JizzRag hurried over to make a site to grab the domain, and typogra's site happened to upload a little faster, yet a bug was created giving both typogra and JizzRag the same domain name listed in the page profile, with typogra's page now working as [[fanfare.ytmnd.com]]. It was a true victory for #WOP and for general human decency as a whole. Quickly after confirming the fanfare domain, a thoughtful and cheerful site was created, including fanfare giving a peace sign and a pink heart shimmering in the corner.

Everyone seemed find with it all, and the score was well above average. A mentioning of the fanfare.ytmnd.com site, as well as 'Blow the belt' , was pasted at the top of the #ytmnd channel on EFnet. A few days later, the user Kassius returned to YTMND and went on a multi-day tirade including spamming both the YTMNSFW forums and his own FPA forums with 'IVE BEEN VIOLATED AND ROBBED who gave away my http://fanfare.ytmnd.com/' over and over. The always-innovative and hillarious "You Forgot Polend!" army downvoted fanfare.ytmnd.com to hell. The site was further downvoted after Kassius made a NSFW site called [http://theft.ytmnd.com/ Theft]. "Theft" was sponsored by typogra, causing it to be plastered on the frontpage for a week. There were occasional hints from Max that Kassius might get the site back, but fanfare was like :care: .
