Very early (EST) Tuesday, November 14, 2006, a forced fad beguin of simply pictures of Elvis set to the song "Mmm Skyscraper I Love You" by Underworld featuring the lines "i see elvis... elvis".  This was based of an early site in January 2006 by Whodatyousaid.  It did not take long for copycat sites were made by users who were not even on the Ventrilo in-joke, which came out of nowhere and inspired the numerous YTMNDs within seconds.  It was launched out of boredom and acknowledgement of Elvis' icon.
This shit is GAY!!!

Some of the sites are classic-style YTMND's with a still image, sound, text, and one focus. Others use the original picture and sound, but no text.
