'''Dr. Zaius''' is a character from the book and film ''Planet of the Apes''.  An episode of ''The Simpsons'' entitled ''A Fish Called Selma'' featured a musical entitled "Stop the Planet of the Apes, I Want to Get Off!" starring Troy McClure.  In the musical, a song was sung to the tune of the German Band Falco's ''Rock Me Amadeus'', featuring Dr. Zaius's name.  The song was used in an early fad, often featuring pictures of Dr. Zaius from the film and cartoon series of ''Planet of the Apes''.  Two of the sites, {{link|drzaius3|Dr Zaius Dr. Zaius}} and {{link|drzaiusamadeusplaya|DR ZAIUS IS A PLAYA}} are in the [[Moderator Favorites]].  The latter of them combines the Dr. Zaius song with the original ''Rock me Amadeus'' and the Rapper Tech N9ne's spinnoff of the song, ''I'm a Playa''.

Dr. Zaius is a character from the book and film Planet of the Apes. An episode of The Simpsons entitled A Fish Called Selma featured a musical entitled "Stop the Planet of the Apes, I Want to Get Off!" starring Troy McClure. In the musical, a song was sung to the tune of the German Band Falco's Rock Me Amadeus, featuring Dr. Zaius's name. The song was used in an early fad, often featuring pictures of Dr. Zaius from the film and cartoon series of Planet of the Apes. Two of the sites, Dr Zaius Dr. Zaius and DR ZAIUS IS A PLAYA are in the Moderator Favorites. The latter of them combines the Dr. Zaius song with the original Rock me Amadeus and the Rapper Tech N9ne's spinnoff of the song, I'm a Playa.
