This is a fad that Fyrestorm hates so much he has killed this page 599 times. He likes to pretend this fad is "non-notable", as if any page on the YTMND should be held to ANY kind of standard.
There are at least ten sites that have the title "Did you notice a sign outside my house" using the soundclip from the deleted scenes of Kill Bill Vol 2.
This is poised to become the hottest fad of 2007, if only there can be a wiki page so people can understand.
