TheMayor likes to spit on birds and shoot passing motorists from his battleship...which he constructed out of sand and other shit he found in his backyard.
TheMayor blew a billion dollars on a snowmobile that he heard was haunted. Now all he has left is his trusty mullet and a snowmobile that won't work in cold weather.
