Worthy spinoffs:

Cary Grant (18 January 1904 – 29 November 1986), born as Archibald Alec Leach, was a British actor famous for his distinctive, not-quite-distinctive accent. His most famous works include The Philadelphia Story, North by Northwest, Notorious, His Girl Friday, To Catch A Thief, Bringing Up Baby and The Bishop's Wife.

The Cary Grant YTMND fad consists of a scene edited from the Alfred Hitchcock film North by Northwest (1959), in which Grant runs towards the camera and away from an airplane. The first site was part of the Break My Stride fad; other sites replace the plane with another object, such as a Boo or Sinistar, also Hitchcocks.
