Tommy Gavin, also known as Tommy Gavin makes it x, is a fad that started in mid-October of 2010. The original site was based around a scene from the show Rescue Me where the character Tommy Gavin, played by Denis Leary, tosses a bunch of money into the air. Spin-offs usually replace the money with other objects, most often food.
