Koncur is a user on YTMND. He's been a user of YTMND for a while, since 2004. Save for a few he keeps around for sentimental reasons, Koncur deletes his own sites when they don't get a good rating. In doing so, he believes he is doing his part to help rid YTMND of crappy sites, as well as to not waste bandwidth and space on YTMND's servers.

While Koncur is no stranger to Wikis, he's no expert either. He has done some work, large and small on Wikipedia, as well as a humourous-but-long-winded article on Uncylopedia

He also writes User Pages in the third person.
