Original YTMND:
Well, actually, he forgot Poland!
by deevo

Worthy Spinoffs:

The You forgot Poland YTMNDs are satirical references to George W. Bush's unanticipated retort to John Kerry during the 2004 Presidential Electoral Debate. John Kerry had omitted Poland as a member of the "coalition" participating on the War on Terror (whether or not this was intentional is debated).

This type YTMND is quickly becoming popular, though it has very little to do with the original "forgot poland" political fad. The original YTMND was posted by deevo in October of 2004. Since then, "Forgot Poland" sites have merged with the influences of Kassius and AegisReflector to pull away from lame political jokes and push more towards its own unique realm. "Forgot Poland" sites are currently entirely guided by this site: "Remember your Poland fundamentals VOTE 65."

"You Forgot Poland" as it is known today within the community was born with AegisReflector's Now You're a Forgot Poland Man! site.
