Finding Forrester is a movie that started the world of YTMND. Veteran actor Sean Connery said the phrase. The genesis of YTMND occurred when William Forrester (Sean Connery) says, "You're the man now dog," when he tries to teach Jamal Wallace (Rob Brown) how to type. This also inspired the PTKFGS fad - when Forrester said in that same scene, "Punch the keys for god's sake!" Connery also exults, "Yes, yes!" in encouragement when Jamal was typing, inspiring the yesyes fad.
