("Yeah, really"). In some cases, "YA RLY" is followed by "NO WAI!!!" (No way!).  O RLY has been an internet fad long before the first O RLY YTMND, with hundreds of different spin offs, containing modified picutes of the owl with text (usually a variation on "Oh, really?) written at the bottom.
