The first official site made using this audio was http://screwintuna.ytmnd.com/, on 05-19-2004, but it did not gain popularity. The first site to spark off the fad was http://idroppedthescrewinthetuna.ytmnd.com/ on 2005-09-16, by rawisrob. Since then, the audio has been used for multiple remixes.
