The "Rejected Megaman Villain/Weapon #____" fad takes on the well-known robot stage introduction sequences from the Megaman video games. The robot masters shown in the fad are said to be rejected by Capcom during the creation of the games. The first site featured the rejected robot master "Invisible Man". Shortly after, other sites popped up. The images to the fad features an edited Megaman sprite to the left, and 8-bit text saying "____ Man" to the right. The music used is the MM1/MM2 stage selection theme.

PTKFGS

In the PTKFGS universe, the Mega Man fad is replaced by "Rejected Sonic Zones", levels that were supposedly rejected by Sega for the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Most of these sites usually involves images of real "zones" (e.g., the O-Zone, School Zone, Construction Zone, etc). Different songs from the Sonic series accompanies each of the site depending on the zone being used.

However one zone, made by Dr. Pizza, was a real rejected Sonic Zone, called Hidden Palace Zone, and the music for the stage, was it's actual music for the zone. The zone was erased in Sonic 2 but the song was for some unknown reason, left in the game under the soundtest number #10, which is also why that is the rejected Sonic Zone number.
