The Pastor David Manning fad, (also known as the "He [Barack Obama] is not a Black man" fad), is based on a video by James David Manning, a pastor for the ATLAH World Missionary Church. The YTMND that began the fad was titled "Barack Obama is not Black", by Icesnow. The YTMNDs of the fad often contain phrases spoken by Manning from the video such as, "He's not a black myyyyaaannn!", "He is a bi-racial man!", and "He's a long legged mac daddy!". It's popularity may stem from the fact that Manning repeatedly exclaims several times whatever he says. He is also seen saying "He's not even from the hood!".
The aforementioned video can be seen here, and the point in which the YTMND starts is around 3:40.
