YTMND User .m3u Playlist Maker

Allows you to create a .m3u playlist of all the sound clips of a YTMND user's sites

Things I might add (depends on time). Listed in order they are most likely going to appear:

Ability to make custom playlists of different sites and users
Ability to see what YTMND site(s) used the soundclips that are in the playlists (more useful for the custom made ones)
Whatever else I think of...
