The WTF bomb is a fad where a normal event gets interrupted by a random bomb that explodes. This is normally preceded by the phrase "What the fuck" said by another person. Sites will normally contain the wtf bomb as an element of surprise, similar to the Hassan, Spanish Inquisition, Horsedick, some NEDM sites, and Thwomp fads. The sound effect first came from a Link Finds site, but it became popular over a year later.
