I'm also 'bout to lay some insight on ya. I think you would have gotten/would be getting a much better reception on YTMND had it not been for 2 key factors. The first one being that prior to your "Christbot" status, Peterguy already created and sponsored multiple awkward sites, which burnt the community out on the topic of religion long before you came along.  The second: if you hadn't begun by creating your (arguably) graceless and discordant "Christian Martyrdom" YTMND.  If "Why God Exists" had been your first religious themed YTMND, and/or if it had been the first theological YTMND sponsored, you would have been greeted much more favorably. Naturally there would have been disagreements to your arguments, but there would not have been such a backlash. "You gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em. Know when to walk away, know when to run..."

I might be partially to blame for that... over at "http://encyclopediadramatica.com/ytmnd" I added a section about religion being used to troll YTMND.  It was meant as a joke, because I know you are serious about this from your responses and PMs, but since your sites have caused internet drama, I thought it fit the site.  You're an okay dude.  All the hooplah about your sites is pretty funny, in a way.  [[User:HeatherChandler|HeatherChandler]] 14:41, October 9, 2006 (CDT)

I disagree that the spamming was strictly an attack.  People started spamming nasty stuff later, but at first it was just a joke.  It did get out of hand with the anti-religious spam, but the initial point was to STOP the fighting by spamming so hard no one could argue anymore.  At least, that was MY intention, I can't speak for others.  I wasn't attacking Whetstone personally, I was just making fun of the fighting.  [[User:HeatherChandler|HeatherChandler]] 15:25, October 9, 2006 (CDT)

Just wanted to say that I apologize for my editing of your user page prior to your creation of this one. I didn't realize that it wasn't supposed to be a publicly edited page. Anyhoo I tried to make it informative, appropriate, and grammatically correct. --Nuroticat 03:19, October 8, 2006 (CDT)

Hello first off :D ...yeah I can see how my timing has effected the explosiveness of my presence, but on the flip side- if it hadn't been for Peterguy's 'Incredible Exploits of Nothing' I would not have created the martyrdom site and possibly not anything after. As for my sites seeming to be 'trolling' I've been doing my best to back up what I say with appropriate comments and PMs. I can see where you'd get that though. User Page

Isn't there some sort of "edit protection" feature you can use on the user page? Rruelas 17:05, October 8, 2006 (CDT)

Not sure, but it's not a big deal. Whetstone 19:31, October 8, 2006 (CDT)
