We already have a template for making links to YTMNDs at {{ytmnd}}, but yours is better so I merged yours into the original one. The User page one is nice, but it points to a YTMND profile page, which already has a template at {{YTMND profile}}. When we talk about user pages on a wiki, we usually mean the one you make here (User:Smiddle).
