Refractor is probably best known for his site WTF Attack as it has nearly 30,000 views, as well as his catonakeyboardinspace spin off The Moon Conspiracy. The first site he created (heavily edited, in actuality) was Revenge Against the King.
Preferring quality over quantity, he only has 10 sites to his name, all above a 3.6 rating. Should a new site fall below a 3.5, he will delete it.
Though new to the Wiki, he has promised to actually contribute to it, rather than just use it to kill time and self promote.
