chemical burns :(

In 2007, Dascoot purchased some plastic flip-flops at a local Walmart and became the victim of shoddy Chinese merchandise. This seemingly innocent, mass-produced pair of beach wear chemically burned her feet and so began an odyssey of bizarre proportions. After approaching the manager of the Walmart where she purchased her slippers and being given a brush off, she contacted several other people who had had similar sinister dealings with Walmart's footwear department and bravely shared her story with the world on another victim's web site.

Unfortunately, to this day, none of the victims have attained satisfaction with either the retailer where they purchased these evil, foot burning rubber slippers or the Chinese manufacturer of these sub-par sandals.
