uncle philTMND sites first began appearing after the original site was created by the user dasmoose on Jan 13th, 2008. uncle philTMND sites are based off of the sitcom character Phillip Banks. Although some claim that the fad was a forced effort by some parties, its popularity caught on instantly. Keaton made the awesome watermark, LOL and ROFL.
