Here's how you do it... you take the score and multiply it by 10 and round off so there's no decimals.
Example: The score is 3.27. You multiply it by 10, making it 32.7. Then you round it, making it 33. You format it to {{Star|33}} and here's what you get:Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination
