I dont know if anyone has mentioned this, but all these YTMND's are now 404 not found dog's. Can someone provide a reason? It's not really treated as a namespace. When everything is set up and shit, we can make a namespace called Tutorial, or rename the help namespace. Right now this page displays as Talk:Tutorial:Test, and THAT'S NO GOOD. -Mysekurity | it's legal in some states 15:03, June 18, 2006 (CDT)

This allows sysops to create namespaces.
