MP3 is one of the compatible sound formats with the creation of YTMND sites. MP3 is the only sound format you can use with the [[Flash Preloader]]. There is no specific known limit to MP3 size, even though the site creation page mandates submissions to be less than 1.5 MB. Full songs upwards of 3 MB have been used in YTMNDs. Uploading MP3s over 4MB often results in a sound too large error, however. MP3s are often much smaller in size than [[WAV]]s, but one disadvantage is that they often have sound gaps at the end, resulting in bad sound loops.
