A downvoter is someone who uses a YTMND account mostly to downgrade a site's ranking by giving it a 
. What sets it apart from a normal user rating a bad site, is the user's voting pattern is almost always , regardless of how good the site is. Max has taken measures to prevent or slow down downvoter use by deleting accounts which participate in this practice.
