Wilford Brimley is a fad in which a sound clip ("I'm Wilford Brimley and I have diabetes (pronounced "Diabeetus")") from the Family Guy episode "Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story" is put to pictures of Wilford Brimley or photoshopped. The fad is also often mixed in with other fads or used for noise sites.
