Various people/fads replaces the too common photograph of Che Guevara seen on T-Shirts with other pop culture icons. The first site used replaced Che's face with that of Brian Peppers. The song used in all of the YTMNDs is "Killing in the Name Of" by Rage Against the Machine (Who used the Che Guevara picture as their logo).
The fad started as a semi-forced fad by MasterSitsu, who started off with Brian Peppers Revolucion. Later, he made a revolucion site featuring porn actor Ron Jeremy with the song "Killing in the Name of" set to porno music. Afterwards, he created Mario Revolucion which was an NES remix of the song. Later that day, many others joined in the fad. This fad was a short-lived one, only lasting a couple of days. The Rage against the Machine song was included in YTMND Soundtrack Volume 10.
However, the name of the song is labeled incorrectly. On the eponymous album the song is featured on it is labeled "Killing In the Name"Source=Google Music. That error is also mentioned on the songs Wikipedia page
