Lex Luthor from Superman Returns interupting various people by saying "WROOOOOOOOOONG", usually causing massive damage (kind of like when you attack a giant enemy crab's weak point).
Lex Luthor is the archenemy of DC Comics' Superman and the subject of a fad based on the following scene from the 2006 movie Superman Returns:
- Lex Luthor: Come on, let me hear you say it, just once.
- Lois Lane: You're insane.
- Luthor: No! [laughs] Not that! No, the other thing...
- Lois: Superman will nev--
- Luthor: WRONNNG!
The Luthor fad spun out of the Kaz Hirai fad with Lex Luthor > Kaz Hirai by stratos-the-bratos, mixing Lex's lines with Hirai's press conference at E3 2006.
The most basic form of a Luthor site (e.g., Lex Luthor > Milton) is to insert a person (often a fad character like Milton Waddams) into the scene to utter a catchphrase ("I believe you have my stapler") so that Luthor can ask to hear a different one ("I'll set the building on fire") and then violently disagree with it ("WRONNNG!").
Variations on the fad include changing the mathematical statement in the title (Lex Luthor + Lex Luthor = 2(Lex Luthor), Lex Luthor = Willy Wonka, etc.) and Luthor's "WRONNNG" coming out of nowhere to create a sort of screamer site (Lex Luthor > Scientology).
